Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "you") and a71 ("we", "us", or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the a71 website, mobile browser interface, and all associated gaming, betting, and account services. By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the a71 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including all policies referenced herein.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the a71 platform. a71 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Eligibility

Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one registered account on the a71 platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein. You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration. Failure to do so may result in account suspension pending verification or permanent closure.

• You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. a71 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access arose from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

Deposits and Withdrawals

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the a71 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or exploit platform vulnerabilities.
• Registering more than one account on the a71 platform, whether under your own identity or under a different name, address, email address, or payment method.
• Depositing funds obtained through criminal activity, money laundering, or fraud. a71 is committed to cooperating fully with law enforcement and financial intelligence authorities.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate sporting event outcomes, share inside information, or coordinate wagering to artificially influence markets.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith. Any confirmed chargeback will result in permanent account closure and pursuit of the amount through all available legal channels.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, a71 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or any technical failure that prevents a bet from being placed or a game from completing as expected.

In the event of a technical error affecting the outcome of a game or the calculation of a wager, a71 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant player accounts. Where voiding is not possible, a71 may apply a correction at its discretion in accordance with the original intent of the wagering market.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. a71 will make reasonable efforts to notify the registered contact details prior to applying any dormancy policy. Where a dormant account carries a positive balance, a71 will retain those funds and make them available for withdrawal upon reactivation of the account by the verified account holder. Any applicable dormancy fees are detailed in the Cashier section of the platform.

Amendments to These Terms

a71 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice, provided that material changes will be communicated to registered players through the platform interface or via the registered contact details. The updated Terms will be displayed with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the a71 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
